Megapari terms and conditions

This part covers the basics. The service is run by Vdsoft & Script Development SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-887249, operating under a licence from the Autonomous Island of Anjouan granted under the Betting and Gaming Act 2005. The player accepts these conditions at registration, and what is written here holds on the site and in the app alike.

• The account opens from 18, and the holder has to be able to enter a contract;
• Registration details have to be true and kept current; false details close the account;
• These conditions can change, and the version published on the site is the one in force;
• One account per person, and duplicates are blocked;
• The content, logos, trademarks and software on the site belong to the operator;
• Fraud, system abuse and anything illegal end the account;
• The operator does not answer for losses caused by technical faults outside its control;
• Disputes are settled under the law that applies to the licence;
• When an account is suspended or closed, open bets are settled under these rules;
• Account security is the holder's: report an unauthorised sign-in as soon as you see it;

Bets are accepted from registered accounts held by adults. A bet is confirmed the moment it is accepted, and it settles on the official result. Minimum and maximum stakes change with the event and the market, and both appear in the slip before you confirm.

• A bet needs the balance to cover it;
• The minimum stake depends on the event and shows in the slip;
• Maximum stakes and maximum payouts are capped by sport and by market;
• Odds are fixed when the bet is accepted and do not move afterwards;
• A cancelled or abandoned match is refunded or resettled under the sport's rules;
• A bet taken on an obviously wrong price can be voided;
• The operator may look into suspicious patterns and attempts to rig a market;
• Live bets are accepted as the match runs, and a delay can change the price;
• Accumulators and system bets settle by their own rules;
• Bets placed with bonus money carry the promotion's playthrough terms;

Money moves in rupees. Deposits run through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, UPaisa, Raast, bank transfer, JetonBank and USDT, and the cashier shows the limits for each. Withdrawals go back the same way, after the identity check. The payment method has to belong to the account holder, and one that does not is refused.

Betting can get out of hand, and when it does the damage does not stop at the player: it reaches the household and the money in it. That is why the account is for adults only and stays personal, with credentials that are not passed to anyone, least of all to someone under 18 living in the same house. If betting has stopped being a pastime, the account history shows what went in and when, and the settings hold the tools for pulling it back. Support takes a request to pause or close an account, and the responsible gaming page sets out the rest.

• Decide what you are willing to lose before you start, and treat it as spent;
• Set a deposit limit and a stake limit in the account settings;
• Do not chase a loss, because chasing usually produces the next one;
• Keep betting away from borrowed money and from money the household needs;
• If a pause is needed, self-exclusion closes the account for as long as you set.

The operator applies international anti-money-laundering standards and what the licence requires. Identity is checked at registration, and again when a particular transaction calls for it: the amount, the way it was made, or how far it sits from the account's usual pattern. The check covers an identity document, proof of address and a copy of the payment method, and withdrawals wait while it runs. Anything that cannot be explained does not go through: the operator can refuse a transaction or ask where the money came from. Deposits from someone else's wallet or account are not accepted, because an account has one holder.

Personal data is covered by the privacy notice, a separate document that forms part of these conditions. It says what the service collects at registration, at verification and during payments, and what each group of data is used for. At registration that is contact details and identifying details; at verification a document and proof of address; at payment the method chosen and the details of the transaction. The data keeps the account, settles bets, runs withdrawals and meets what the licence requires. You can ask support for a copy of your data, for a correction or for deletion: the request goes to support@megapari.com and the answer comes back the same way. The account is protected by the password you choose and, if you switch it on, a second check at sign-in. The rest sits on the operator's side, and most of it is invisible until something tries to get past it.
